Jan has a long-term interest in Eurasia, and especially in China, both in the academic field and in the field of Czech-Chinese business projects. He studied at the University of Economics Prague, Faculty of International Relations and Charles University, Faculty of Sinology. He has lived in China for a long time and also traveled throughout Asia. He lectures about Euroasian economy at several Czech and also Chinese universities.

Jan has work experience from the Deloitte's Chinese Desk in the Czech Republic and Switzerland, and extensive experience with exports to China from his position as the Sales Director for the Asian region. As the Director of CzechTrade's Office in Beijing, he helped a number of Chinese companies successfully find an European partner and enter the EU market. He mainly focuses on the field of e-commerce and the establishment of new company branches.

Project Manager

Mirka studied business management and economics at the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, where she studied the environmental field. She completed an internship in China during her PhD studies and also has a volunteer work experience in Taiwan to promote cultural and educational exchanges. Mirka focuses on the Euroasian projects in education and support of the Asian exporters in adapting to the EU market. She is also in charge of finding suitable partners in Europe across industries and marketing activities.

Project Manager

Michal has been working in China for more than 10 years. His journey began by studying sinology in Olomouc and continued by working in Czech companies, where he developed activities for the Chinese market. As the Director of the CzechTrade Office in Chengdu, China, he created opportunities for domestic companies that wanted to establish themselves on the local market.
During his practice in Asia, he actively searched for suitable business partners, established branches, helped companies establish cooperation and organized trade fairs. Michal therefore focuses mainly on the establishment of Chinese branches step by step and their subsequent development.

Digital & Tech Manager

Zuzana graduated from University of Economics, Faculty of International Relations and minored in Information Technology in Business. During her studies, she also participated in an MBA program in Japan. In addition to Japan, she also lived in China for a long time and traveled a large part of Southeast Asia. She worked in international IT corporations and at the startup scene. She devoted herself to the development of promising startups and their expansion into new markets. In addition to brand expansion, she focuses primarily on digital marketing and new technologies.
